Before access begins

If digital delivery has not begun, contact us promptly at jonathandimilano@outlook.com with your order details so we can assess cancellation rights under applicable law.

After immediate delivery

Where the customer has expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right, the statutory withdrawal right may no longer apply once access to the digital content begins.

Technical problems

If the download email does not arrive, the link fails or the file is defective, contact us with the purchase email and order reference. We will resend or replace the file. If we cannot provide a working copy within a reasonable time, we will assess a refund.

Mandatory rights

This policy does not exclude remedies or refund rights that cannot legally be limited. Each request is reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
